Okay, well I’m not a fan of the man (lol rhyme ) himself, but I can’t deny the fact that his fashion line and bridal gowns get my heart racing. (literally) Will be a dream come true to wear a Alex Perry bridal gown for my wedding day (after Vera Wang that is – which is even more impossible ).

But anyhows,

here he is giving us a chance to own a piece of Alex Perry through designing a collection for Diva ! – I choose Diva over the other accessories stores anyday! SO, I’m mad excited about this… and knowing Alex Perry’s style…“I wanted feminine and pretty with an edge of contemporary glamour and the fresh, sexy design that Diva is followed for”, would be to die for… I love soft feminine,  and pinks…..!

These shots were taken with film; my Canon AE-1 (can’t remember what film I had in there..)

I really love the colours reproduced here, the tones of the film really worked in favour with the atmosphere in this shoot.

Something I’d love to do more.. that is photograph a subject using film, I find it more beautiful and ‘real’ than digital shots.

MY NAME

I have been contemplating on getting a ‘name necklace’ for some time now; since lately I’ve seen a few people wearing their names around their neck haha…

it’s silver… don’t know why it looks ‘gold’, even without the special colour effect

Okay, so you might think, why would you want to show strangers your name??

True, rather stalkerish. Felt the same way when we had our year 12 jersey’s made, especially my school being so ‘formal’, weren’t allowed to have ‘nicknames’ at the back above the number. Instead we had our first names printed on the front chest area. At times just feel like walking around with palm against your name lol.

Anyway, instead of getting my name necklaces, what about getting my nickname necklace? Sounds fun don’t you think??

So I went ahead with Clarzzy. I thought it would be more ‘personalised’ that way too. (even though the zzy at the end looks ‘so much’)

I ordered my necklace from My Name Necklace using a 10% discount code from Chaigyaru‘s blog, it worked out to be $35, pretty good value me thinks. Also it is free shipping as well I reckon it would make a good birthday present, very personalised.

I -thought- it was based in Australia since it was an Australian website, but I was wrong. It came from Israel?? Well that’s what it said on the package.

It came reasonably quick, about 3-4 days after ordering I got an email saying they have shipped it out. It took just about a week to get here, which would be about right. It came in a bubble wrapped package, inside was a red gift pouch, necklace, and a discount magnet. Hm, I had read a few others received it in a gift box? Oh well, doesn’t matter anyway.

The one I bought is the Sterling Silver ‘Carrie’ style necklace. The normal sized one, not the small one. I almost went for the full blinged up one, but thought it might be too flashy I’ve lately been obsessed with ‘blinged’ accessories… but yeah the chain is 18″ long (recommended length), so its a nice length, sits just under my collar bone.

I’ve been a little obsessed with ‘myself’ lately, as in, I’m literally stocking up on personalised stuff. Such as having to drink 2pkts x 6boxes or Continental Cup-a-Soup, just for a RED personalised CLARZZY cup. Ain’t it awesome? Best of all it’s RED! Step in Style

I didn’t think I would add some fashion into this blog, but I might as well if it’ll increase my post rate!

So yes, lately, I’ve been checking out lookbook, and drooling over everyones looks (cept mine!), it makes me realize how disastrous and uncoordinated my wardrobe is haha… i’ve got like the basics or a bit of everything. My daily wear is just so-so nothing stylish bout’em cos I like to be comfortable in what I’m wearing most of the time.

But what I notice I’m lacking is some statement making shoes! (don’t get me wrong, i love my red flats)

But yeah, I need more variety of shoes… the bf: oh noes shes becoming one of THEM! … girls who love shoes.. and its true I’ve lately been drooling over’em ;(

I want some fun coloured shoes! and heels esp! or whatever I can comfortably wear out daily. love love love..
